Synopsis: “Fugue for a Spiritual Life* is a quiet journey of reflection through the windswept coastline and timeless stone paths of the Lake District in England. At the heart of the film is Reverend Stephen Wright, a contemplative Anglican priest and former hospice director, who poses a question both simple and profound: “What does it mean to live spiritually?”
Blending elements of pilgrimage, philosophy, and sacred storytelling, the film captures Wright as he walks through landscapes layered with memory and meaning. Along the way, he shares moments of contemplation, explores sacred sites, and offers deeply personal insights into what it means to live with spirituality in a chaotic world.
